Are you currently working within a leadership function within the MEP Design sector, possibly as an Associate or Regional Director, and looking to take the next step to Equity Partner?

Do you have a strong commercial background, capable of winning and delivering work, developing a team, and have the desire to lead and grow a regional office?

LDNY is currently working in partnership with a well-established M&E Design Consultancy, which is currently approximately 60 strong with the aim to reach 100+ high-quality engineers.

They have a strong presence in the North of England but have ambitions to grow nationally, especially in the South West, Leeds, and Birmingham regions.

MEP Director/Equity Partner Role Requirements

• Currently working at Senior Associate level or above; your title isn't as important as your desire and ability to lead and develop an office/team.
• You must be very strong commercially, responsible for growing your region and pipeline of work (with support), and a client-facing business-winner.
• Strong background within Building Services/MEP Design, ideally from a consultancy environment.
• A proven track record in leading and developing teams; responsible for office growth, bringing in new team members, and ensuring ongoing CPD.

Note: While they prefer candidates in Bristol, Birmingham, and Leeds, they are open to other locations.
