Turnitin is seeking to hire a Regional People Partnerships Director to join our Global People Team (must be located in EMEA - willing to work EMEA hours). The People Team enables Turnitin to unleash the full potential of ‘One Team’ and culture which, in turn, enables it to deliver its business strategy and purpose.
The People Team is split into four verticals:
This role will report to the Senior Director, Global People Partnerships and serve as the People Business Partner within our EMEA Operations and support globally as and when needed. The incumbent will primarily partner with frontline Leadership Team members and their employees and will interact with other teams across the company to provide tactical hands-on support as well as strategic thought leadership related to the entire employee lifecycle, with specific focus on employment law, employee relations, engagement, inclusion, operational efficiency, and effectiveness aligned to Turnitin values. The incumbent will also have extensive knowledge and experience of UK and EMEA employment law across various countries. A depth of experience in employee relations, strong business acumen, the ability to handle ambiguity, and problem-solve with a solutions-based, growth mindset focus.
