Cera Care is seeking a Regional Director to oversee the portfolio of Registered Managers across the UK region. You will be accountable for financial and operational performance, lead a regional management team, and ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and staff engagement.

The role is home-based with extensive travel and requires a full driving licence. You’ll drive service improvement, build strong relationships with commissioners, and help Cera deliver high-quality, technology-enabled home

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in social care.
• Proven track record running large domiciliary care portfolios.
• Knowledge of essential standards and legislation in social care.
• Experience with regulated care environments.
• Level 5 in Management in Health & Social Care desirable.
• Knowledge of Health and Social Care Act 2008 Regulations desirable.
• Driver with full licence and willingness to travel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee, planning, directing, and completing inspections across healthcare settings registered with national regulators, liaising with Service Managers and head office colleagues.
• Produce a report detailing inspection outcomes with requirements and timescales for completion with Registered Managers and operational teams.
• Lead services in the absence of a Registered Manager.
• Develop strong relationships with commissioners and key stakeholders within the business.
• Drive improvement in compliance, quality, meeting contractual requirements, and workforce retention.
