Job summary

Elite Search Associates Limited is representing a regional director opportunity to lead a portfolio of elderly care homes in the North West. The role demands strategic and operational leadership to drive quality care and sustainable growth across the region.

You will work closely with Home Managers and the executive team to deliver high standards, strong governance, and commercial performance as the business expands in the UK.

Qualifications

• Multi-site leadership experience in elderly residential and/or nursing care.
• Experience overseeing services delivering complex care and needs.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and governance.
• Experience managing operational and financial performance of multiple homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight across a portfolio of elderly care homes in the North/North West.
• Lead Home Managers to build high-performing teams and strong leadership
• Drive standards of care, quality, compliance, and resident experience.
• Maintain strong CQC performance across the portfolio.
• Monitor occupancy, staffing, budgets, and agency usage; implement actions.
• Support mobilisation and integration of new services as portfolio grows.
