Regional Director - Commercial Cleaning - Hatfield, Hertfordshire £70000 to £80000 plus car and benefits

Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Regional Director for a rapidly expanding commercial cleaning business based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

As Regional Director you will oversee the performance, development and strategic direction of Operations within the London region.and having a key focus on close customer relations, business retention, business growth, managing budgets and ensuring compliance.

You will provide leadership and support to Senior Regional Managers and all that encompasses the challenges they will face essentially acting as a link between them and senior management.

Ideally you would have held a similar position within a commercial cleaning or facilities management environment, ambitious to be part of a business growing rapidly and in return you will be rewarded with an excellent salary of between £70000 and £80000 depending on experience plus company car and excellent benefits.
