Dentopedia Group is seeking a Regional Practice Manager to lead three clinics, oversee operations, and support the development of clinic leadership across the group.

The role focuses on driving standards, financial performance, and a consistent patient experience while travelling between sites. Strong leadership and multi-site management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Practice Manager or multi-site manager in dental/healthcare.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Commercial awareness with budgeting and KPI management.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Confident communicator who can motivate teams.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritise effectively.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday with some weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop Practice Managers and clinic teams.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
• Monitor KPIs including diary utilisation, treatment acceptance, and membership growth.
• Ensure compliance with CQC, HR, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Resolve escalated patient or operational issues professionally.
• Implement group-wide systems and process improvements.

Regional Development Practice Manager

Job Title: Regional Development Manager

Location: Dentopedia Group Clinics (Overseeing 3 Clinics)

Schedule: Monday – Friday & some weekends with mutual agreement

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £20 per hour
Equivalent to £41,600 per year (40 hours per week)

Performance Bonus: Structured monthly bonus linked to revenue growth, invoiced work, membership targets, and review performance.
On-target earnings typically reach £50,000 to £55,000 per year.

Car Allowance: £150 per month. (Full UK driving licence is essential for this role due to multi-site travel)

Role Overview

The Regional Practice Manager will oversee the operational, financial, and team performance of three Dentopedia clinics. This is a leadership role focused on driving standards, improving performance, supporting clinic managers, and ensuring consistent patient experience across all sites.
