Dental Beauty Partners is recruiting a Practice Manager for Dental Beauty Northfields, a mixed practice near Northfields station. The role is full-time (40 hours) with a competitive salary and industry-leading bonus, supported by a large network and head office teams.

You will lead the practice team, drive income targets, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver excellent patient care while leveraging strong systems and resources provided by head office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years as a Dental Practice Manager in private or mixed practice.
• Commercially minded with ownership of P&L accounts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth, compliant practice operations with patient safety focus.
• Provide service to patients, maintaining quality, cost control and performance targets.
• Lead and develop the practice team and drive income against targets.
• Monitor KPIs, support clinicians toward NHS/Private targets, and coordinate with head office.

Dental Beauty Partners are excited to be opening a search for an experienced Practice Manager to join our highly reputable mixed dental practice, Dental Beauty Northfields. This is a great opportunity to lead a dedicated practice team alongside an experienced Clinical Partner. Our practice is closely located to both Northfields & South Ealing stations.

Dental Beauty Partners are an award-winning dental group offering a wide range of mixed dental & aesthetic treatments. This will be a highly varied position with lots of scope to develop and learn whilst leading a fantastic practice team. Our Practice Managers have some of the best systems & resources in the industry available to them, and receive a wealth of support from our head office functions & operational teams from day one in the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of your dental practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times
• Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
• Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge
• Plan & driving income targets for the practice, along with ensuring performance in line with profit & loss targets - a commercial focus is key for the role
• Monitoring & leading on KPI reviews, P&L calls & supporting clinicians to achieve Private/NHS practice targets
• Dealing promptly with any issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions
• Deliver staff training and development, hold 1-1's with all team members, performance managing

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• We are ideally looking for 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Practice Manager, within a private or mixed practice
• We are also open to considering commercially minded applicants with experience in other sectors such as healthcare, retail & hospitality
• Must be commercially savvy, taking ownership of the practices P&L accounts, understanding areas for development & improvement
• Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring all are working in harmony to deliver a fantastic patient experience
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
• Ensuring CQC & other compliance requirements are met at all times
• Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
