Colosseum Dental UK Ltd is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee dual-site Charlton and Earls Court Dental Clinics. The role involves managing 40 hours weekly across Monday to Saturday, with flexible scheduling.

The successful candidate will lead teams of around 25 staff, drive performance, and enhance commercial results across NHS and private dentistry offerings. The company offers a strong support network, staff development through the CDUK Learning Academy, and a range of health and wellbeing

Formación

• Dental practice management experience preferred.
• Previous team management experience and commercial awareness are desirable.
• Open to applicants from outside dental or seeking a step up in responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Input into budget preparation and P&L management for the practice.
• Develop individual business plans focusing on performance, delivery and growth.
• Build strong relationships with clinicians, head office, regional teams, NHS and suppliers to drive commercial initiatives.
• Share best practices and implement regional ideas to celebrate success across the practice network.

Both clinics have 3 busy surgeries and offer general dentistry to NHS and private patients, with facial aesthetics and implants also available at Earls Court. Both have fantastic, long standing teams, approx. 25 in total and are close to local amenities with on street parking and nearby transport links.

Dental PM experience would be ideal, but we welcome applications from those outside of dental or within looking for that next step up, ideally with previous team management experience and commercial awareness!

Hours: Monday to Saturday, 40 hours to be worked flexibly across the week.

About You

You must be patient orientated, with a focus on delivering "excellence", in all areas of the patient life cycle. A CQC registered manager with experience in the dental industry would be highly desirable.

The main duties will include:

• Key input into budget preparation and setting for the practice as well as managing the P&L
• An opportunity to grow your own practice with individual business plans - focusing on performance, delivery, KPI’s and future growth plans
• Build and sustaining close working relationships with clinicians, head office, regional teams, the NHS, and external suppliers to deliver commercial and marketing initiatives
• You will also enjoy the opportunity to proactively share successfully implemented ideas and best practice in the region/cross region and celebrate success within the practice
