EVRi International is seeking a Regional Delivery Manager in Maidstone to lead delivery performance across the region and drive customer excellence.

You will coach a team of Community Delivery Managers, manage budgets, optimise capacity and liaise with depot leaders to ensure seamless parcel journeys and strong union engagement.

The role covers 7‑day operations, recruitment, field leadership, and working closely with Delivery Unit Controllers to uphold profitability and service standards.

Qualifications

• Current UK Driving Licence.
• Proven ability to coach, support, and motivate teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to plan effective contingencies.
• Previous success in leading agile, high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of the self-employed courier model.
• Experience of setting and managing a budget.
• Confident negotiator with adaptable communication style.

Responsabilités

• Taking responsibility for regional performance targets and customer satisfaction by coaching and guiding a team of Community Delivery Managers.
• Influencing, delivering, and forecasting the regional budget and cost controls, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
• Maximising service coverage through recruitment, retention, engagement, and change management of self-employed couriers.
• Leading resource planning for couriers to ensure full coverage and stable delivery capacity.
• Driving courier performance through your team to ensure success in a 7-day operation.
• Overseeing the delivery unit estate in your region, including procurement, location management, and service provision in partnership with Delivery Unit Controllers.
• Building and maintaining a positive, professional relationship with the GMB union.
• Developing collaborative relationships with depot leaders and internal stakeholders for end-to-end parcel journeys.
• Owning customer complaint escalations and ensuring swift resolution with Customer Services.
