Barchester Healthcare in Peterlee is recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to drive occupancy for the region. You will manage enquiries, convert leads, and present the homes to prospective residents and families.

The role requires strong sales and marketing experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. A full UK driving licence is essential and you will work with a supportive team to exceed regional targets.

• Proven sales/marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
