Job summary

Barchester is recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to support a region and increase occupancy across our care homes. The role requires strong sales and marketing capabilities, CRM data analysis, and excellent communication to build relationships with potential residents and families.

Salary is £46,982.00 plus commission and car allowance, with opportunities for progression in a supportive team environment. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Must have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage all sales activity for the home to drive occupancy.
• Talk to potential residents by phone and give informative tours.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand needs and experiences.
• Respond to sales enquiries promptly.
• Generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.

We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this region to increase occupancy. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities togenerate enquiries,drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance

NEED TO HAVE
