Job summary

Barchester Healthcare in the South of England is recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to drive occupancy across our care homes. You will work with a strong management team to convert inquiries into residents and represent the home in the local community.

The role requires proven sales and marketing experience, CRM data analysis ability, and excellent communication. A full UK driving licence is required, and there are attractive rewards including base salary from £45,000 plus

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Be self-motivated and target driven.
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries.
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy.
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.

We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this region to increase occupancy. • Responsible for all sales activity for the home.


• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.


• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.


• Respond to sales enquiries.


• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.


• Maintain a contacts database.
