Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Costessey, England. You will lead sales and marketing efforts to improve occupancy across the region, working with an exceptional management team to deliver first-class care homes.

The role requires networking, lead generation, and close collaboration with local communities and marketing activities to drive enquiries and conversions while maintaining a high standard of resident care.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the home’s profile and generate enquiries.
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy.
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
• Represent Barchester and our state-of-the-art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone and providing informative and welcoming tours.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
