Job summary

Barchester Healthcare in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to drive occupancy across a region. You will manage all sales activity for a care home, contacting prospective residents by phone and guiding tours, while building relationships with residents and families.

We expect proven sales/marketing experience, CRM data analysis ability, and a self-motivated, communication-focused professional with a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM tool.
• Self-motivated and target driven with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and professional conduct.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and the home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Be responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talk to potential new residents by phone and provide informative tours.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand needs and experiences.
• Respond to sales enquiries and actively generate leads and marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.

We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this region to increase occupancy. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance

NEED TO HAVE:

• Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
• Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
• Be self-motivated and target driven
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
• Full UK driving licence.
