Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is seeking a Regional Credit Control Manager to lead the credit control function, ensure timely debt collection, manage credit risk, and strengthen client relationships across the business. You will collaborate with Finance and operational teams to optimise cash flow and drive continuous improvement of credit processes.

The role requires experience in professional services, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control within a professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of credit risk management and debt recovery.
• Proven ability to produce financial and management information reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end credit control and aged debt management.
• Drive cash collection through proactive debt management and stakeholder engagement.
• Produce aged debt and cash collection reports to inform decisions.
