RS in Corby is hiring an Accounts Receivable Credit Controller to support UK customer markets. The role focuses on cash collection, reducing aged debt, and improving DSO in line with RS Group policy. Hybrid work enables a mix of office and remote duties.

You will collaborate with the UK AR team, review ledgers, manage disputes, and ensure timely communications. A proactive, audit-minded approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable or credit control is preferred.
• Ability to review ledgers and resolve unallocated/misposted payments.
• Comfort in handling disputes and escalations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and meet targets.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with UK Accounts Receivable to hit cash, debtor and DSO targets.
• Regularly review debtor ledgers for unallocated/misposted payments and correct promptly.
• Provide accurate, up-to-date debtor balance information and track progress for management.
• Record, manage and resolve disputes; support closure of cases.
• Identify irrecoverable debts and assist with legal action when needed.
• Monitor and respond to emails promptly to keep processes moving.
