Job summary

Odgers is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our Central Finance team in London or Birmingham. You will own an allocated ledger, proactively collect outstanding debt, resolve invoice and billing queries, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the business.

You will help improve cash flow, reduce aged debt and identify payment risks, while providing clear reporting and insight to senior stakeholders to support effective collection plans.

Qualifications

• Proven credit control and debt collection experience.
• Strong track record of achieving cash collection targets.
• Confident in working with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Experience resolving invoice, purchase order and billing disputes.
• Excellent communication, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables.

Responsibilities
