Job summary

Galliford Try Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of schemes in the Guildford area. You will manage cross-functional teams across design, construction and commercial functions to ensure projects meet time, budget and quality targets.

The role requires robust CDM knowledge, safety leadership and strong stakeholder collaboration. You will build a Knowingly Safe environment, coordinate with designers, manage risk, and drive value through effective resource and site management.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing multiple teams delivering to client expectations.
• Strong understanding of CDM and health and safety responsibilities.
• Commercially astute with leadership and delegation skills.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within budget and to client specification.
• Lead Commercial Team to manage costs, cash flow and profitability.
• Plan, prepare and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
• Interview and onboard staff to align with resource profile.
• Ensure pre-commencement and regulatory requirements are discharged.
• Oversee site offices, temporary works coordination and safety incidents.
