Job summary

Galliford Try is seeking a Site Manager / Project Manager to oversee projects across the UK, including highways, water, and buildings. You will lead diverse teams, ensure safety, manage risks, costs and programmes, and collaborate with designers and stakeholders to deliver practical, buildable solutions.

You will develop teams, recruit and onboard; lead and support continuous improvement, and benefit from Agile Working practices while staying committed to Be Well and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large construction projects.
• Strong focus on health, safety and CDM regulations.
• Ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments.
• Stakeholder engagement and collaboration across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities
