Job summary

Northern Powergrid is seeking inspiring Service Connections Managers to lead a team across our Domestic and Small Business Connections patch. You will coach, develop and empower staff, driving performance and delivering excellent customer outcomes while upholding safety and standards.

This role covers day-to-day delivery and transformation, with a strong focus on meeting Ofgem BMCS measures, timely connections, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading teams to deliver service to customers.
• Experience managing projects or financials to meet time, cost and quality goals.
• Understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental management.
• UK Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographical area of the Domestic & Small Business Connections Team, delivering performance against customer, operational, safety and financial measures.
• Achieve excellent customer service as measured by BMCS incentive scheme.
• Ensure connections are delivered on time, to cost and to quality.
• Promote strong communication and stakeholder engagement with customers and partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain high safety standards.
