Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc in Glasgow is looking for an Area Concession Manager to oversee concessions across Glasgow and the West of Scotland.

This field-based role is 32 hours over four days, with no weekend work, plus mileage allowance or vehicle option.

You will drive sales, manage stock, maintain high visual merchandising standards and build strong relationships with host store teams, travelling regularly. A proactive, autonomous approach and proven multi-site leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site concessions across a region.
• Strong commercial awareness and proven ability to drive sales.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across your concession portfolio.
• Plan and manage your own schedule to cover multiple locations.
• Maintain stock control, replenishment and recall processes.
• Deliver high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Implement promotional activity and seasonal launches.
• Build strong relationships with host store management teams.
• Complete reporting and administration accurately and on time.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance.
