Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead large-scale cleaning services across Southern England & Wales. You will drive delivery, performance, and value for the regional portfolio while aligning with client strategy and brand values.

You will manage a senior leadership team, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance, safety, and continuous improvement across multiple sites, delivering exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Senior operational management experience within cleaning, multi-site.
• Experience in fast-paced, complex environments.
• Strong commercial awareness with P&L responsibility.
• Excellent leadership and communication for large, dispersed teams.
• Strong IT literacy with data platforms and reporting tools.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Client-driven, customer-focused, results-oriented.
• Full UK driving licence; DBS check as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the tactical and operational delivery of your regional portfolio.
• Implement regional policies, ensure compliance and MI reporting.
• Manage regional budget, P&L, cost control, and continuous improvement.
• Lead a senior leadership team across multiple locations.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships through reviews.
