Job summary

Mitie Group plc. seeks an experienced Regional Manager to oversee large-scale cleaning services across Southern England & Wales. You will lead operational delivery, drive performance, and manage a senior team to ensure safety, value, and client satisfaction across a diverse regional portfolio.

You will be responsible for budgeting, P&L performance, and continuous improvement, while maintaining strong client relationships and a focus on service excellence across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Senior operational management experience in multi-site cleaning operations.
• Experience in fast-paced, operationally complex environments.
• Strong commercial awareness with hands-on P&L responsibility.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills across dispersed teams.
• Full UK driving licence; DBS check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the tactical and operational delivery of the regional portfolio, ensuring targets are met and services align to client strategy.
• Implement regional policies, standards and MI reporting for compliant operations.
• Lead budget planning, P&L management, productivity, cost control and continuous improvement.
• Develop and empower a senior regional leadership team and promote a high-performing, inclusive culture.
• Manage regional client and stakeholder relationships and conduct regular service reviews and governance meetings.
