Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is recruiting an experienced Regional Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple locations in the North of England. This role suits an established cleaning operations professional or an ambitious Area Manager looking to step up.

You will lead site-based cleaning teams, drive service excellence, conduct audits, ensure health and safety, and manage staffing and development across a portfolio of sites, with regular travel.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cleaning operations within retail, facilities management, contract cleaning, hospitality, healthcare, logistics, or similar environments.
• A strong understanding of cleaning processes, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to travel regular across the North of England.

About the Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a confidential retail client for an experienced Regional Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple locations in the North of England.

This is an exciting opportunity for an established cleaning operations professional or an ambitious Area Manager, Cleaning Manager, or Operations Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role

You'll be responsible for leading and supporting cleaning teams across a portfolio of sites, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, compliance, and service delivery are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities will include:
