Millennium Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Regional Chief Engineer for London to oversee building services across all properties and manage plant and equipment, ensuring maintenance excellence and asset protection.

You will lead senior engineers, drive energy conservation, and coordinate proactive and reactive maintenance while complying with safety regulations and company standards across multi-site hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel building services engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems and safety compliance.
• Proven track record in asset protection and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building services of all properties and their plant and equipment.
• Ensure maintenance standards, equipment audits, and safety compliance.
• Drive energy conservation and develop property-specific plans.
• Train and develop Chief Engineers and supervise subordinates.
• Advise senior management on engineering efficiency and controls.
• Procure and manage reactive and preventative maintenance plans.
