• Lead a team of eight engineers across two prestigious properties.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills

Management experience in a 5-star or luxury hospitality environment

Ability to lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team

Strong project planning and organisational skills

Extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical services

Solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation

Experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS)

Confident communication skills
