Millennium Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Regional Chief Engineer for London to oversee building services, plant and equipment across multiple hotels. You will lead maintenance programs, ensure safety compliance, and drive energy conservation while guiding engineers and coordinating capital projects.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, budgeting, and cross-property coordination in a multi-site hotel environment, with extensive experience in facilities management and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years straight employment in chosen field after graduation.
• Minimum 5 years in supervisory roles and positions.
• Held the position of Chief Engineer or Relevant Property Maintenance Management Title within a hotel environment preferably within a multi-site Company.

Responsabilités

• Oversee building services across all hotel properties and their plant/equipment.
• Ensure health & safety measures are in place and adhered to.
• Audit and maintain maintenance standards and asset protection systems.
• Lead energy conservation initiatives and cost-reduction programs.
• Develop and train Chief Engineers on essential skills and safety programs.
• Provide strategic engineering support to senior management and manage maintenance plans.
