Qualifications

• Experience working with a front of house team to maintain high standards.
• Good understanding of nutrition and modified diets using the IDDSI framework.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on new techniques.

Responsibilities

• Create nutritious and well-balanced menus for care homes.
• Deliver hotel/restaurant standards without split shifts.
• Support team development and kitchen ownership.
