• Ability to create a warm and welcoming environment within our homes.
• Confidence engaging with residents.
• Experience working with a front of house team.

Responsibilities

• Support care homes in and around the region.
• Deliver hotel/restaurant standards without split shifts.
• Create nutritious and well-balanced menus.

Skills

Personable and warm approach

Experience with fresh seasonal food

Good understanding of nutrition

Experience with HACCP and COSHH

Education

City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent
