Qualifikationen

• Experience of working with fresh seasonal food and a good understanding of nutrition.
• Ability to create a warm and welcoming environment.
• Good understanding of modified diets technique, IDDSI framework.

• Create nutritious, flavoursome, and balanced menus.
• Deliver hotel/restaurant standards without long hours.
• Oversee kitchen and team development.

Kenntnisse
