Job summary

Thames Valley Police is seeking a Business Change Project Manager on a fixed term contract or secondment (up to 12 months) to lead transformational programmes across force-wide, regional and partnerships. You will own projects from concept to benefits realisation, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and governed to high standards.

The role requires proactive leadership, Prince2 qualification or willingness to gain, and the ability to work across diverse stakeholders within the UK.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering business change projects from initiation through to completion.
• Strong programme and project planning skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver business change projects across multiple workstreams.
• Develop robust project plans, manage dependencies and drive delivery.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams.
• Manage budgets, resources, risks and issues.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders and partners.
• Establish governance structures and report progress to boards and sponsors.
• Support adoption and embedding of organisational change.
• Represent projects at force, regional and national forums as required.
