Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in hotel contracting or strategic roles.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages beneficial.
• Ability to manage complex partnerships and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own regional chain strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Lead and manage the Regional Chains team to deliver KPIs.
• Own senior-level relationships with hotel chains.
