WebBeds, a global B2B travel marketplace, seeks a Regional Chains Director in the Greater London area to lead regional strategy, grow market share, and manage strategic hotel chain partnerships. Qualifications

• Extensive contracting and commercial experience within the hotel and/or travel industry.
• Proven ability to build, manage, and grow senior‑level strategic partnerships with hotel chains.
• Fluent in English (additional languages beneficial).
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region and internationally.
• 8–10 years’ experience in hotel contracting, chain management, or strategic commercial roles within OTAs, bedbanks, or tour operators.
• Strong leadership of multi‑market or regional teams.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the regional chain strategy to drive incremental revenue growth and market share.
• Lead and manage the Regional Chains team (>4FTE), providing direction and performance management to ensure KPI delivery.
• Own senior‑level relationships with priority regional and global hotel chains as executive sponsor.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new chain opportunities within the region with Global Chains and Regional Leadership.
• Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance with timelines and standards.
• Drive regional chain portfolio performance through pricing, availability, inventory, and product optimization in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Chair quarterly business reviews with key chain partners to review performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional and destination contracting teams to align on chain strategies and execution.
• Partner with supplier connectivity and loading teams to define connectivity strategies and scalable onboarding.
• Monitor performance trends, risks, and opportunities using data‑driven insights for strategic decisions.
• Act as escalation point for complex commercial, service, or operational issues.
• Negotiate regional exclusives, value adds, overrides, and joint marketing initiatives across WebBeds platforms.
• Represent WebBeds at key industry events and executive meetings to strengthen market presence.
• Ensure internal alignment and effective communication between Global Chains, Sales, Marketing, and regional teams.
