Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years' senior multi-site management within elderly residential/nursing care.
• Track record of improving quality, financial and compliance outcomes.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across a regional portfolio of care services.
• Develop high-performing teams and succession plans.
• Manage regional budgets and drive financial targets.
• Oversee quality audits and regulatory compliance to inspection readiness.
