Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd is seeking a Regional Operations Director to lead a portfolio of elderly residential and nursing care services across the Leicester–Manchester corridor. You will have P&L responsibility, set regional strategy, and drive quality and financial performance while developing high-performing teams.

You will report to the COO and balance commercial growth with safe, person-centred care, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across multiple services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years' senior multi-site management experience within elderly residential and/or nursing care.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to undertake extensive regional travel, including overnight stays.

Responsabilités

• Provide inspiring, visible leadership across a portfolio of residential and nursing care services.
• Balance commercial success with delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care and regulatory compliance.
• Take full regional P&L accountability and manage multi-million-pound budgets.
• Identify commercial opportunities and work with the Commercial team on regional growth.
• Build strong relationships with Local Authorities, NHS boards, commissioners and other stakeholders.
