Job summary

Helping Hands Home Care in the United Kingdom is seeking an Area Care Manager to lead care across a regional portfolio of branches and a Live-in service. You’ll support the Head of Operations, guide around 10 branches, and ensure teams feel supported and compliant while maintaining exceptional care standards.

The role demands strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to drive growth and customer satisfaction across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple branches in the care sector.
• Strong understanding of quality frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to influence and manage large, diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead with warmth and clarity, building strong relationships and championing our Helping Hands values.
• Coach and develop Branch Care Managers to drive quality and growth.
• Oversee performance across branches and Live-in services, monitoring and driving improvements.
• Maintain exceptional customer experience and raise service standards.
• Audit and ensure full compliance across the area, addressing improvements quickly.
• Provide regular updates to the Head of Operations with progress and insights.
