Job summary

Sense seeks an Operations Manager for the North region, covering Leeds, Wakefield and Accrington. You will travel regularly, primarily home-based, and lead services to meet high standards of care while supporting families and individuals with complex needs.

You will drive co-production, work with the operations team, and ensure governance, safeguarding, and quality across dispersed sites in a values-driven organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in health and social care management.
• Experience ensuring services meet regulatory standards (CQC or equivalent).
• Ability to lead across multiple sites and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Oversee services across Leeds, Wakefield, and Accrington.
• Lead and develop Registered Managers and Service Managers.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, quality, and regulatory standards.
