Job summary

Agincare Enable is seeking an exceptional Regional Operations Director to lead strategic development and execution of operational strategies across Enable services. The role covers either the South or London region, overseeing quality, safeguarding, staffing, budgets and performance while engaging with commissioners, families and external partners.

You will balance strategic planning with visible operational leadership, drive continuous improvement, develop teams, ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in senior management within the care sector.
• Experience working within a profit and loss environment and managing budgets.
• Strong knowledge of national care standards, CQC requirements and relevant legislation.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of developing and supporting teams.
• Ability to travel as required, including occasional evenings, weekends and overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a culture of excellence across all operational services, ensuring they are managed to consistently high standards and safety for the people we support.
• Lead, support and develop Operations Managers through effective supervision, coaching and mentoring.
• Take overall financial accountability for your region, including budgetary control, P&L performance and agency expenditure.
• Ensure the people we support are safeguarded and that services maintain a strong culture of safety and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, care managers, families and external stakeholders.
• Provide effective leadership and management of change across the region as the company develops and grows.
