Job summary

Keane Premier Group is seeking a Regional Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of care services in Scotland. Based at our Cambuslang Head Office, you will support Home and Service Managers to achieve high standards of quality, regulatory compliance and sustainable performance.

You will drive service excellence, develop leaders, and promote person-centred care while engaging with local authorities and NHS Scotland as part of a busy regional team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple services or sites in health and social care.
• Strong ability to drive quality improvement, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial awareness and financial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Home and Service Managers across your region.
• Drive quality improvement, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure excellent standards of clinical and personal care.
• Manage service performance, occupancy and financial outcomes.
• Develop high-performing teams through coaching, support and accountability.
• Build strong relationships with local authorities, NHS Scotland and regulatory bodies.
• Support business growth and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and organisational values.
• Participate in the Senior On-Call Rota.
