Qualifikationen

• Current NMC registration with an active Nursing PIN.
• Experience as a Registered Nurse in a care home or similar setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication management and clinical decision-making skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead shifts and provide clinical leadership across the service.
• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
• Safely administer medications and treatments in line with professional standards and Company policies.
• Monitor health and wellbeing and take appropriate clinical action.
• Complete clinical assessments, care planning, reviews and risk assessments tailored to residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate care and medication records and clinical documentation.
• Support and mentor care staff with clinical guidance and leadership.
• Promote safeguarding, infection prevention and safe clinical practice.
• Contribute to audits, quality improvements and inspection readiness.
• Ensure care is delivered in line with NMC standards and company policies.
