Qualifications

• Direct line management experience.
• Experience in sales, customer service or recruitment industry.
• Proven track record of meeting targets as an individual and as a team.
• People management including training, coaching, performance management and recruitment.
• Strong administration and IT skills.
• Assertiveness and resilience with good decision-making abilities.
• GCSE English Language at Grade B or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel across a large region.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of local Performance improvement strategies.
• Monitor and manage office and individual performance against KPIs.
• Lead, motivate and direct staff to meet and exceed targets.
• Oversee staff development, including performance management and coaching.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximise referrals and employment opportunities.
• Manage Profit and Loss reports and monthly financial forecasting.
