Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Business Manager to lead and motivate a team of Employment Advisers, driving high-quality service delivery and performance. The role focuses on overseeing operations, staff development, and strong stakeholder relationships to maximise employment opportunities.

You will manage daily activities, monitor KPIs and contribute to financial forecasting, with a base salary aligned to the Pay Range. This is a full-time role based in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of Advisers in a outcomes-driven role.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets personally and as a team.
• Strong people management including training, coaching and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Employment Advisers to support unemployed jobseekers into work.
• Oversee daily operations, manage team development and stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor KPIs and manage performance against targets.
• Manage Profit and Loss reports and monthly financial forecasting.
