Job summary

Stevenswood is expanding its Sales division and seeks a Business Development Manager to cover the South of England (Bristol, Swindon & Cheltenham). You will leverage in-depth knowledge of windows and doors to drive profitable growth across trade counter branches, developing strategies, pursuing leads, and expanding existing business.

The role requires travel across a large territory, strong commercial drive, and the ability to collaborate with branch teams to meet sales and profitability

Qualifications

• Strong field-based sales development success.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sales strategy to support and grow sales via branches.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers, Area Managers & Sales Director to deliver growth plans.
• Identify and pursue sales leads and prospects; drive engagement with customers.
• Maintain customer database and ensure pricing and activity reports are up to date.
• Manage appointments and maximise branch profitability within authorisation levels.
