Job summary

Stevenswood is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow sales across the South West, covering Bristol, Swindon and Cheltenham. You’ll win new business, develop existing accounts and work closely with branch teams to turn opportunities into lasting customer relationships.

This role suits an experienced industry sales professional who thrives on front-line customer engagement, understands uPVC products and can grow revenue while protecting margins. 39 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling uPVC windows and doors to trade and retail customers.
• Proven track record of growing revenue in a field-based role.
• Ability to develop and execute territory business plans.

Responsibilities

• Win new business: identify prospects, build a pipeline and convert meetings into sales.
• Grow existing accounts: strengthen relationships and uncover additional opportunities.
• Drive branch performance: collaborate with branch teams to deliver growth plans.
• Deliver profitable sales: achieve targets while managing pricing and margins.
• Plan territory: organize appointments and follow up leads effectively.
• Maintain records: keep pricing, customer data and activity up to date.
