Stevenswood is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across the South West region, covering Bristol, Swindon and Cheltenham. You’ll win new business, nurture existing accounts and work closely with branch teams to turn opportunities into profitable, lasting customer relationships.

With relevant industry experience in uPVC windows and doors, you’ll manage a large territory, plan effective growth, and maintain pricing discipline while enjoying a competitive salary,

Qualifications

• Industry experience in uPVC/windows and doors is essential.
• Strong field sales background with a proven track record.
• Willingness to travel across the South West territory.

Responsibilities

• Win new business: identify prospects, build a pipeline and convert meetings to sales.
• Grow existing accounts by understanding needs and expanding opportunities.
• Drive branch performance with local growth plans and collaboration with teams.
