About The Role

We are seeking talented individuals to join us during this exciting phase of growth. Our goal is to enhance our market leader position by delivering an improved customer experience. The role involves working within a region to develop Accommodation and Welfare revenue streams from National Accounts, Specific End Markets, Large Regional Customers, and Mega Projects.

This will be achieved by optimizing revenue through multiple sales channels, marketing differentiated value propositions across various markets, and implementing training programs to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop a pipeline of accounts and projects aligned with national accounts and end markets, to drive profitable growth and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with relevant business units to enhance market routes and customer engagement.
  • Present compelling proposals to stakeholders, focusing on product, service, innovation, and sustainability.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead tender bids to ensure profitability, working with Tenders, Bids, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline using CRM, aligned with KPIs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in your region for Accommodation products.
  • Stay informed about market conditions, competitor activity, and product developments.
  • Develop strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver timely, comprehensive reports.
  • Create Customer Development plans to maximize revenues and expand offerings.
  • Understand hire contracts and terms, ensuring policy compliance.

  • Ability to lead on tender bids ensuring profitability and ROI.
