You will position Jewson as a strategic partner to regional housebuilders, developing opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of winning new business in a B2B environment.
• Able to collaborate across internal teams and external partners without direct line management.
• Experience in construction, housebuilding, building materials, or related industries is preferred.
• Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills across all levels.

Aufgaben

• Identify, target and win new business with regional housebuilders and developers across Scotland and the North of England.
• Build influential relationships from boardroom to site-based teams.
• Develop compelling commercial propositions and value-engineered solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations and secure profitable new contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver joined-up customer solutions and smooth delivery.
