Job summary
Jewson, part of Stark UK, is hiring a field-based Business Development Director to drive new business across Scotland and the North of England. The role covers 40 hours a week with regular regional travel, focusing on positioning Jewson as a strategic partner to housing developers and builders.

- Ability to influence at all levels from boardroom to site.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target and win new business with regional housebuilders and developers across Scotland and the North of England.
- Build influential relationships with owners, directors, commercial teams and site colleagues.
- Develop compelling commercial propositions and negotiate contracts to secure revenue and margins.
- Collaborate with project estimators to deliver quotations and value-engineered solutions.
- Own the customer journey from engagement to onboarding and delivery.
