Job summary

Equans is seeking a Regional Contracts Manager for its Digital Services portfolio, based from Leeds with travel to sites across Northern England. You will lead a team of 15–20 BMS service engineers and partners, manage contracts, and drive KPI performance to meet SLAs, while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key requirements include degree or electrotechnical trade, strong P&L and commercial acumen, and proven experience delivering large-scale BMS and HVAC service contracts.

Qualifications

• Must have degree or electrotechnical trade with proven experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver contracts on financial terms.
• Experience delivering large-scale BMS/HVAC service contracts and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital service provision across all sites in portfolio.
• Manage day-to-day BMS service engineers and partners (approx. 15–20).
• Lead contract reviews with customers and senior clients and upsell where possible.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure SLAs, safety and compliance.
