Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Regional Technical Manager to lead BMS projects, service activity and engineering teams across the region. You will be the technical escalation point, driving robust solutions and maintaining high standards with customers and stakeholders.

Based in England with hybrid working, the role requires strong commissioning/fault-finding expertise, HVAC knowledge, and prior senior engineering or technical management experience.

Qualifications

• Strong commissioning and fault-finding knowledge.
• Good understanding of HVAC and mechanical plant.
• Previous senior engineering or technical management experience.
• Experience with Trend or comparable BMS platforms.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to regional BMS engineering teams.
• Support engineers with complex commissioning, service and fault-finding issues.
• Review technical designs, control strategies and specifications.
• Attend customer sites when senior technical support is required.
• Assist with project and service escalations.
• Ensure technical standards are maintained.
• Identify recurring technical issues and implement improvements.
• Support training and development of engineers.
• Work alongside project, service and commercial teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
